We’re thrilled to share some exciting enhancements to the me&u (online ordering) dining experience, for all our valued Dining Rewards Club members.
Prepare yourself for an even more delightful dining experience. Not only can you conveniently order online for dine-in or pick-up at select The Meat & Wine Co and Hunter & Barrel locations, but you can now also earn and/or redeem DRC Cashback on every order.
Let’s dive into the details of these new improvements and show you how you can maximize your loyalty benefits.
Seamless Ordering Process:
Placing an order has never been easier. Whether you prefer the vibrant ambiance of our restaurants or the convenience of enjoying your meal in the comfort of your home, we’ve got you covered. To ensure you don’t miss out on any exclusive benefits, follow these three simple steps when ordering through me&u:
- Log in with your DRC Account:
Use the same mobile number that’s registered to your DRC account when logging in to me&u. This step is crucial, as it ensures a seamless connection between me&u and your DRC membership. Remember, Cashback will not be earned if you skip this step. Nor will you be presented with a prompt to redeem any of your available DRC Cashback either.
- Option to redeem your DRC Cashback:
Once you’re ready to place your order, head to your ‘Order details’ page. If you followed step #1 above, a DRC prompt will appear, displaying your total Cashback balance. If you have a minimum of $10 Cashback in your DRC account, you will have the option to ‘Apply’ the Cashback to your order and redeem it against your bill.
You will also automatically earn Cashback on your bill balance payment (excluding Cashback redeemed, discounts, vouchers, offers, tips, GST or Surcharges).
- Automatic Cashback Updates:
After completing your transaction, open your DRC app, and your Cashback balance will be automatically and instantly updated. Plus you will be able to see any Cashback earned or redeemed under the ‘My Transactions’ page in your app.
