How the DRC Corporate Programme works
- Each Corporate Member (Company) must designate an Administrator who will be responsible for managing the membership & account – they will be the main point of contact.
- Members earn 10% Cashback Dollars on every visit to participating DRC restaurants.
- Cashback Dollars expire 12 months from the date of accrual – no extensions.
- To check your Membership Cashback balance or upcoming expiries, email info@diningrewards.com.au.
- To earn Cashback Dollars, reservations must be made via email or phone and clearly state that they are part of the Corporate Programme and provide the name of the Company. Walk-ins are not eligible to earn Cashback.
- To redeem Cashback Dollars, the registered Corporate Membership Administrator must:
- Make a reservation via email or phone and state that they intend to redeem Cashback from their Corporate Programme account and provide the name of the Company. Walk-ins are not eligible for Cashback redemption.
- Email info@diningrewards.com.au with the reservation details, Company name and the Cashback amount to be applied to the bill. Email must be sent at least 5 business days prior to the reservation date.
- Each Corporate Member is responsible for keeping their Account details up to date, including Administrator’s details. Updates can be made by contacting DRC support at info@diningrewards.com.au.
- Dining Rewards Club reserves the right to accept or deny any application for the Corporate Membership Programme at its sole discretion. Upon submission of this application form, we will respond to the Administrator’s email address provided below.
