How the DRC Corporate Programme works
The Dining Rewards Club Corporate Programme allows your employees to accrue value into a single balance managed by your company.
✅ Earn 10% Cashback Dollars on every corporate booking at any participating DRC restaurants.
✅ Cashback Dollars accumulate under a single corporate membership account.
✅ Redeem your accumulated Cashback Dollars at any participating DRC restaurants.
✅ Cashback Dollars expire 12 months from the date of accrual (no extensions).
✅ A designated Company Administrator manages the Corporate account.
- Corporate Members (The Company) must designate an Administrator to be the main point of contact for the programme – responsible for managing the Corporate Membership, account information, Cashback Dollars accruals and redemptions.
How to Earn Cashback Dollars
Any company employee must:
- a. Make a booking via email, phone or online (walk-ins are not eligible to earn Cashback).
- b. When making the booking, mention that your company is part of the DRC Corporate Programme and provide the company name.
How to Redeem Cashback Dollars
The registered Company Administrator must:
- a. Make a booking via email or phone, and indicate that they would like to redeem Cashback Dollars under their DRC Corporate Membership account.
- b. At least 5 business days prior to the reservation date, forward the booking confirmation email to info@diningrewardsclub.com and state the Company Name, and the Cashback amount they wish to redeem.

Terms & Conditions
- Available at participating Australian venues only.
- All Cashback Dollars expire 365 days from the day and time of accrual.
- Each Corporate Member is responsible for keeping their Account details up to date, including their Company Administrator’s details. Updates can be made by contacting DRC support at info@diningrewardsclub.com.
- Dining Rewards Club reserves the right to accept or deny any application for the Corporate Membership Programme at its sole discretion. Upon submission of the application form, we will respond to the Administrator’s email address provided.
