DRC Corporate Programme Terms & Conditions

What is the Corporate Programme?

The programme is designed and intended to encourage and reward loyalty to any participating Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group brands and locations.

Loyalty is defined as frequency of dining or bookings made and attended, as well as amount spent.

Membership is registered under the company name and not in the name of an individual. Individuals dining as part of the corporate programme will not receive benefits individually and cannot use a personal Dining Rewards Club membership concurrently (same occasion) as the corporate membership.

What are the benefits and terms for members?

  • Corporate Members will earn 10% of the net transaction value (excluding GST, discounts, promotional items, vouchers, offers, tips, surcharges, and gift cards) as Cashback Dollars, which are credited to the business entity’s loyalty account and can be redeemed at participating venues
  • Preferential reservations on the day of dining, subject to availability
  • Credit card requirements are waived for bookings of up to six guests
  • Minimum spend requirements for private dining rooms are waived from Sunday to Thursday
  • Cashback cannot be redeemed for cash and expires 365 days after each dining occasion
