The Menu

The origins The Meat & Wine Co come from South Africa where the ‘braai’ and cooking steak is a competitive art-form among many.

The steak programme includes particular breeds from multiple regions that have higher natural marbling such as Angus and Wagyu or vary in flavour. Various cuts are offered to suit the variety of customers across all occasions and appetites.

Sauces have been curated to complement the guests steak choice and thoughtfully prepared steak house classics for sides all combine for the ultimate steakhouse experience.

The Service

The service style and standard sets its own context in the industry. Avoiding the stuffiness and formality of fine dining venues, while being elevated well above casual dining.
