The Brand

Imagine yourself in the time of the hunter and gatherer, when ancient ritual was sacred and nature was a force to be reckoned with. Hunter & Barrel is a visceral steak restaurant and bar experience that pays homage to the dawn of culinary tradition. The ingredients speak for themselves, with fresh meat, poultry and seafood offerings roasted over the signature coal grill for an irresistibly smoky charred finish.

By way of an introduction...

We welcome you to step inside the newest Hunter & Barrel restaurant in the heart of Adelaide CBD.

The Menu

Hunter & Barrel is ideally a group feasting experience, where dishes are rustic, abundant and designed for sharing.

Primal cooking methods of charcoal and volcanic rock fire roasting, large cuts of meat, generous platters and familiar sides with a twist of wilderness is the Hunter & Barrel experience.

The Beverages

Hunter & Barrel beverages draw inspiration from the tradition of wooden barrel aged beverages and fermented beverages, influenced by traditional old taverns of times gone by.
