The Menu

Offering Australia’s finest quality, premium Australian steak programme, sourced from leading providores. The steak programme is complemented by the chef curated seasonal seafood offering as the natural partner to the 6HEAD steakhouse experience.

The food is uncomplicated, good, honest food, using the very best produce that’s cooked in the right way consistently, using techniques that are deliberately basic to enhance the flavour of the ingredients and celebrate their authenticity.

As 6HEAD's Executive Head Chef, Thomas Godfrey brings a story to every plate. 

It began in North Wales at 12 and moved through Jamie Oliver's kitchens in Cardiff and Sydney. Since 2016 he has made his mark on Australia's culinary scene. Now at 6HEAD, he curates experiences that seamlessly blend innovation and tradition.
